Tube lines (see map below)

Mansion House (Circle & District line) - 1 min walk. Take Exit 3 (Cannon Street east). Turn left and walk straight on Cannon Street, towards St. Paul's Cathedral. We are located on the left hand side of the road, just after Distaff Lane - building is called Scandinavian House.

St. Paul's (Central line) - 2 min walk. Choose the Newgate Street Exit. After exiting the station, turn right onto New Change until you reach Cannon Street. Directly in front of you will be our building, called Scandinavian House.

Cannon Street (Circle & District line)
- 3 min walk. After exiting the station, walk straight on Cannon Street, towards St. Paul's Cathedral. We are located on the left hand side of the road, just after Distaff Lane - building is called Scandinavian House.

The Riverline (see map below)

The Riverline is a fast and reliable scheduled boat service that interconnects the piers with Blackfriars, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo mainline stations, and various Underground lines. The Bates, Wells & Braithwaite offices are only a 5 minute walk from Bankside Pier. You can reach the offices by walking over the Millenium Bridge, straight up to St Pauls cathedral and then turn right onto Cannon Street. The tube map below pinpoints the office location.

Client Parking

There are currently two on-site parking spaces available for client parking, via Distaff Lane. To book one of these spaces, please do the following:

1. Contact the solicitor with whom you are dealing with and ask them to organise on-site parking for you. For security purposes, the solicitor will let the main building Reception / Security know in advance of your arrival.

2. Upon your arrival, the access to the garage is via Distaff Lane. As you go down the hill you'll see the garage clearly marked as Scandinavian House. At the entrance to the garage there is an intercom to call Security/ Reception. There are instructions on the intercom on how to do this, and Security/ Reception will open the garage gates.

3. You should (assuming that you have a mobile telephone) telephone us when you arrive at the building so that we can arrange for someone to come down to meet you.
