Edward Pitt has been appointmented by Nominet (manager of the ".uk" domain name system) to update Nominet's Constitution and Board structure. He is currently advising them on regulation and impact of the Digital Economy Act.

John Trotter and Dinah Tuck have been instructed by the Liberal Democrats to advise on matters arising out of the forthcoming 2010 General Election.

Melanie Carter has been appointed as one of the four Independent Adjudicators to the Marine Stewardship Council. The Marine Stewardship Council is recognised as the leading international not for profit body certifying the sustainability of fisheries around the world. The Independent Adjudicators determine objections to the decisions of the MSC certifiers.
