• Moved to the Royal College of Nursing upon qualification in September 2010, advising on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work.
• Joined the Employment Department at Bates Wells and Braithwaite in March 2011.

Type of Work
Advising predominantly employer clients on a broad range of employment law and HR issues including:

• Handling grievances and disciplinaries and managing sickness absence
• TUPE issues on mergers and service provision changes
• Carrying out redundancies
• All types of discrimination work
• Drafting and reviewing contractual documentation including contracts of employment, policies and procedures
• Preparing contentious cases for hearing and negotiating settlements
• Representation at employment tribunals
