Liz advises a variety of clients including companies (directors and shareholders), SMEs, charities/not for profit organisations, educational institutions, and private individuals. Her work involves a wide range of contentious matters including:

• student complaints and claims
• student exclusions and appeals
• intellectual property disputes including trade marks (applications, oppositions, infringement and licensing) and passing off

• contested probate and legacy disputes

• Trained adviser for IPSEA (Independent Parental Special Education Advice)- providing tribunal representation and special educational needs advice to parents and carers
• Co-ordinator and adviser at South West London Law Centre
