Natalie has acted for a wide range of clients including AIM and PLUS listed companies, limited companies, limited liability partnerships and charity organisations.
Natalie practices corporate and commercial law and has experience in private company mergers and acquisitions, public markets work, reorganisations and demergers, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and limited liability partnership agreements.
Recent Corporate Work
• Acted on the multi million pound sale of a financial services benchmarking company;
• Advise to AIM-quoted company on £22 million loan facilities from RBS;
• Advised on the sale of a large energy services company to a leading DIY Chain’s group;
• Acted on the acquisition of a data organiser and publisher by an international media company;
• Acted on acquisition of an e-business consultancy for BSS; and
• Advised on the group reorganisation of Gift Group
Recent Commercial Work
• Wide range of experience, in particular in outsourcing, preparing terms and conditions for websites, supply of services agreements and tender documents;
• Advised on the retirement of a member of a limited liability partnership and the preparation of a new limited liability partnership agreement for the remaining members;
• Advised a national charity on an outsourcing and supply of services agreement for use with a travel management company; and
• Advised a power tools company on data protection issues
