Qualification and experience
Tesse Akpeki is a consultant, trainer and CEDR accredited mediator. She was formerly head of governance and trustee services at NCVO and has worked extensively with third sector organisations nationally and internationally.

She specialises in governance development and leadership. Tesse served as non-executive director of West London Mental Health Trust from 2002 until 31 October 2009. She is currently a governor of International Students House and Chair of its Governance Committee.

She specialises in relationship management for leaders, trustee boards and change management programmes.

Also a lawyer, she is the author of various publications on governance, trusteeship and leadership.
