Experience
Jonathan joined BWB in 2011 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department. Before joining BWB he worked in-house at a west end corporate finance boutique where he gained several years of corporate finance experience and corporate finance qualifications from CISI and ICAEW which enables him to understand the financial drivers of transactions and provide pragmatic commercial advice to his clients. Prior to that Jonathan worked at Memery Crystal LLP as solicitor in their corporate team working primarily on AIM and M&A related transactions. Jonathan trained and qualified in 2004 as a corporate solicitor at Pinsent Masons.

Type of Work
Jonathan is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in private M&A and small and mid cap-market public work. He has for a number of years worked on domestic and international AIM IPOs and secondaries acting for both issuers and Nomad/brokers as well as on public offers. He also has extensive experience of structuring pre-ipo fundraisings, group reorganisations and joint ventures.
